The CGC-1e Complete Greenhouse Controller controls all of the main devices required in today's modern hydroponic garden. Your garden's HID lights are controlled by a precision 24-hour time clock. Two outlets are provided for your lights. Other functions such as supplemental CO2 and hydroponic pumps are also coordinated with the time clock. Two of the outlets on the CGC-1e are for your exhaust fans or air conditioner. A built-in thermostat and humistat handle the growing area's temperature and humidity control functions. The two pump outlets allow your water pumps to be controlled by the built in Adjustable Recycling Timer. A selector switch allows the user to determine if the hydroponic pumps are to cycle only when the lights are ON or 24 hours a day. An auxiliary NIGHT outlet is activated when the lights are turned off. It is perfect for controlling humidity at night using a dehumidifier or for a separate heater. Supplemental CO2 is coordinated to work in harmony with your exhaust fan's temperature and humidity control functions. When the exhaust fans are running, the CO2 outlet is disabled to conserve CO2. Two standard built in timers control your CO2 valve or generator. The CGC-1e can be upgraded to Part Per Million accuracy by plugging in the PPM-1c CO2 monitor. The CGC-1e is rated for 15 amps @ 120 volts.
The HLC-2e by Custom Automated Products protects your light from Hot Starts." A "Hot Start" is when your ballast attempts to resart the bulb without waiting for the bulb to cool off. The HLC-1e constantly monitors the power going to your light. In the event of a power failure, it will not allow the light to restart until 15 minutes after the power is restored. This prevents your light from attempting to "Hot Start" your bulb, preventing bulb damage and increasing bulb life. The HLC-2e is rated at 15 amps @ 120 volts. 3 year warranty.
The HPR-1 is a hardwired 30 amp capacity, 230 volt version of the UPM-1. The HPR-1 is perfect for controlling higher loads such as large air conditioners or multiple HID ballasts. You supply 240 volt power to the input side of the HPR-1. The air conditioner or ballasts to be controlled are then hard-wired into the output side of the relay. The 16 foot trigger cable coming from the HPR-1 is then connected to your control device such as a time clock, thermostat or environmental controller. When the device applies power to the trigger cable, the relay in the HPR-1 applies power to the connected equipment. The HPR-1 is rated at 30 amps @ 240 volts. 3 years no hassle warranty.
The UPM-1 Universal Power Module is a unique device that can allow the user to run additional HID lights or control multiple fans/air conditioners or other high amperage 120 volt equipment. The UPM-1's plug-box is designed to be plugged into a standard household outlet. The 16 foot trigger cable coming from the UPM-1 is then connected to your control device such as a time clock, thermostat or environmental controller. When the control device applies power to the trigger cable, the relay inside the UPM-1 applies power to the twin outlets on the front of the UPM-1 from the circuit that the UPM-1 is plugged into, not from the controlling deices power. The UPM-1 is rated at 15 amps @ 120 volts. 3 year no hassle warranty.
